Graham Fraser was on trial for the murder of Hugh Ferris but was found unfit to plead.
Hugh Ferris was murdered in December 1997 and Graham Fraser was arrested for the murder in 2014 and in 2015 a judge ruled that Graham Fraser had murdered him.
Hugh Ferris was found dead in his Glasgow home in 1997 with his feet and ankles bound by telephone cable.
He confessed to the murder in July 2013.
